Railworks - The packager. Easy RWP Files

I striped down everything from railworks leaving just the tools and utilities. This makes for easy making of rwp files without hunting through folders. Just put assets,content and manuals folders in and you can make rwp packs without having to bother with your installed game. Great for reading route an scenario information as well. Just make a shortcut to utilities. exe and you are all set. no more folder hunting. A huge time saver.
