This is the 2017 Korean historical/action/thriller/romance TV drama series, Korean name "역적: 백성을 훔친 도적." It's also known as "Rebel Hong Gil Dong," "Traitor Hong Gil Dong," and "The Rebel."

This is the complete set of 30 episodes, each one being about an hour long (between 59 and 63 minutes). They all have edited "soft" English captions; that is, English subtitles are part of the MKV file and the subtitles can be enabled or disabled as you wish.

I downloaded the source files named like "Rebel.Thief.Who.Stole.the.People.E01.720p.HDTV.x264-AREA11.mkv" and obtained subtitles from subscene (ayamefan13's Dramafever subtitles named like "Rebel.Thief.Who.Stole.The.People.E05.170213.720p-NEXT.srt". Then I...
- Used a linear video editor to "blur out" the occasional scrolling ads that appear at the bottom of most episodes
- Used Subtitle Edit (by Nikolaj Lynge Olsson) to find and fix all flagged issues
- Added 0.7 second to each subtitle (where possible) to allow more time to read them
- "Softened" all subtitled profanity (bastard --> jerk, damn --> darn, bitch --> wench etc.)
- Corrected commonly-found typos, also converting many word pairs into their common English contractions
- Watched the series and made additional corrections, also italicizing music lyrics, characters' thoughts, flashbacks, and some off-screen dialogue
- Used Handbrake to create new MKV files using my subtitles
