Remembering old-school MP3.COM, 10 Years Later (Techno, Trance, EBM)

These are tracks I downloaded from the old (original) MP3.com website back in 1999,
from the techno category. I recently found this CD-R full of these MP3s. Enjoy.
These are MP3s from only one genre and only ones I liked enough to download. There
was a lot more on the site.
Back then, MP3.com was a site where freelance artists of all genres of music could
sell their music through that site and MP3.com would take a cut of the action. This
worked out well for everyone and allowed people who would never otherwise have been
heard to get their work out to the public. This met a lot of resistance from the big
music industry and these days the domain and website are run by entirely different
folks and has a different business model. Needless to say, I miss the original site.
