Note about the extras:
The non-HD ones aren't down-scaled they are just as they were on the Blu-Ray disc. I don't know why they don't put everything in 1080p on a freaking Blu-Ray but that's how I noticed on every Blu-Ray that the Extras aren't in full HD and seeing that it's a Blu-Ray disk that personaly pisses me off don't know about the rest of you :)
