These are all direct cuts from sources, technically lossless, can be vey good or very bad.

\Zoku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei ED1+ (no big change, just a few frames different from the original one)
+\+Ookami to Koushinryou (aka. Spice and Wolf) OP&ED v2 (these look better than the ones in the previous pack imo)
\Moegaku 5 OP&ED English day

Moegaku 5 note:
\This series airs 5 days a week, about 15 minutes long for each episode, half of it is anime, while the other half features an active language learning program with Aya Hirano as the host. Each of the five days features one of the five languages, English, Spanish, French, Mandarin Chinese and Korean respectively. The opening is basically the same for everyday except for the beginning part where they will say "Lets go, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5" in the language of that day. The ending that included is from an English day. The difference is very minor so, I chose English for its popularity.

\A number blah, blah, blah beside 1 you know what, 99.9% chance that it indicates a completely new OP/ED.
