Basé sur le jeu "Grimms Notes" sorti le 21 janvier 2016 au Japon.

L'histoire prend place dans un monde qui a été créé par des êtres nommés "Conteurs d'Histoires" (Story Tellers).

À la naissance, tous les habitants possèdent un livre du destin où tous les événements de leur vie sont écrits d'avance.
Cependant, des Conteurs d'Histoires connus sous le nom de "Chaos Teller" écrivent de mauvais événements dans le livre des habitants sans qu'ils ne soient au courant.

Il appartient aux détenteurs de livres vierges de tout événement de rechercher et d'arrêter les Chaos Tellers et ainsi de restaurer la paix dans ce monde.

Nous suivons alors une personne très particulière possédant un livre vierge qui se retrouve transportée dans le monde des contes et légendes. Elle sera aidée par des personnes telles que Alice, Aladdin, Cendrillon et bien d'autres.
