L’histoire se déroule dans un futur proche. La Terre est soudainement envahie par des créatures qui émergent de cinq trous noirs (portails reliant à différents mondes parallèles).

L’objectif de l’invasion est de contrôler leur propre futur en détruisant les autres mondes.

Nous suivons des adolescents (garçons et filles) qui invoquent des Héros et Monstres par un système de cartes Z/X afin de combattre.
