L’histoire du paquebot de luxe britannique « Titanic » est si étonnante qu’elle a servi de base à de nombreux livres, films, poèmes, chansons, performances, compositions sculpturales et architecturales. Un navire « insubmersible » a heurté un iceberg et a coulé dans l’océan Atlantique Nord, coûtant la vie à des centaines de passagers. L'histoire du Titanic ne pouvait laisser indifférent James Cameron , qui a réalisé, écrit et produit un film éponyme de renommée mondiale qui raconte l'histoire d'amour de Jack et Rose, un jeune artiste pauvre et une fille de la haute société. Représentant différentes classes sociales, les jeunes tombent toujours amoureux et profitent de la vie, sans savoir qu'un gros bloc de glace va ruiner leur vie.
Impressionné par l'échelle et la puissance du plus grand et deuxième des trois paquebots de classe olympique, notre artiste collaborateur a créé ce modèle remarquable pour l'impression 3D. Mesurant 1354 mm de long, le Titanic est le plus grand modèle proposé sur le marché Gambody. Le revêtement comporte quatre entonnoirs dont la fonction principale était de permettre à la fumée, à la chaleur et à l'excès de vapeur de s'échapper des chaufferies. Il y a un porte-bagages avec des bagages de passagers de première classe, dont une voiture de ville Renault Type CB de 1912. La conception du hall d’entrée et du grand escalier est réalisée avec beaucoup de détails ; il existe une option pour placer un énorme moteur à triple expansion à l'intérieur du navire Titanic. Ce modèle est fait pour transformer tous vos rêves en réalité et montrer de quoi votre imprimante 3D est capable !
ADAPTATION POUR L'IMPRESSION 3D
Titanic pour l'impression 3D est un modèle d'assemblage statique et sa modération et son adaptation pour différents types d'imprimantes 3D ont pris 569 heures au total à l'équipe Gambody.
Pour que vous puissiez obtenir le résultat d'impression 3D le plus propre possible, minimiser la quantité de filament nécessaire au support généré et utiliser les éléments actifs conçus par Gambody Engineers, le revêtement a été divisé en pièces d'assemblage pratiques .
Toutes les pièces d'assemblage de la version FFF/FDM 1.0 sont fournies dans des fichiers STL dans les positions recommandées qui ont été élaborées afin de garantir la douceur des surfaces des détails après l'impression et que les débutants en impression 3D ne rencontreront pas de difficultés lors du placement des pièces. sur une plaque de construction. Lors du téléchargement du fichier d'un modèle, vous recevrez également le « Manuel d'assemblage » pour les versions FFF/FDM 1.0 et DLP/SLA 1.0 au format PDF. Nous vous recommandons fortement de vous familiariser avec la « Vidéo d'assemblage » et le « Manuel d'assemblage » avant de vous lancer dans le modèle Titanic.
Le modèle est enregistré dans des fichiers STL , un format pris en charge par la plupart des imprimantes 3D . Tous les fichiers STL pour l'impression 3D ont été vérifiés dans Netfabb et aucune erreur n'a été affichée.
L'échelle du modèle a été calculée à partir de la longueur du Titanic qui est de 269 000 mm..

Vous pouvez installer une machine à vapeur à l'intérieur du paquebot. Le moteur est un article séparé et peut être acheté individuellement ;

Après avoir imprimé le garde-corps du navire dans la version FFF/FDM, vous devez plier le garde-corps ;
Toutes les pièces sont divisées de manière à ce que vous les imprimiez avec le plus petit nombre de structures de support.
