A Scream From Silence (AKA Mourir à tue-tête):

Very rare 1979 Canadian drama film dealing with issues of rape, feminism, and the media, written and produced by acclaimed director Anne Claire Poirier. Competed in the 1979 Cannes Film Festival, and was Canada's entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the Academy Awards that year, even though it wasn't chosen.

Released theatrically in the U.S. in Jan. 1980, but has yet to receive any sort of official Bluray/DVD release there… fortunately, I was able to find a copy on YouTube a few months back. :)

In French with embedded (sorry) English subtitles. 96 mins.
