CloneCD rip of the US/NTSC version of the game, plus scanned manual. To play this in Kega Fusion, load the Silpheed.img file (not the .cue) from the "Load SegaCD Image" menu. "Perfect Sync" must be enabled, or the game will crash as soon as the first level starts. I had to enable "Use Alternate Timing" to prevent crashes on my Linux rig, but normal timing worked fine on my laptop running Win7 x64
