Specification for Structural Works This specification covers structural steelwork to be used in the Works, all in accordance with the Drawings and as directed by the Engineer. It is anticipated at this stage of the design this work is limited to entrance canopy, Atrium bridges, support work to skylights, lifts and escalators. All structural steel work shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of BS 5950 Parts 1 and 2.

STRUCTURAL STEELWORK

05.1 GENERAL

Approved drawings take precedence over this Specification, where there is a discrepancy between the two documents.

05.2 SCOPE

This specification covers structural steelwork to be used in the Works, all in accordance with the Drawings and as directed by the Engineer.
