Description:
The Stereo Tool is a well-known sound plug-in, you can install it separately for Windows, or you can plug-in for a Winamp player. I’ll write right away that it turned out to be difficult for me, because I don’t know English very well, and to deal with so many settings is problematic.
So, after starting you will find a window with different settings and controls, they are all responsible for setting the sound. You can twist yourself what you think is necessary, or you can use ready-made presets for quick setup. As far as I know from Internet sources, the Stereo Tool will help you amplify the signal when listening to low quality radio or MP3 tracks. The program can convert stereo to mono, and, as the authors write, there should be no loss in sound quality.
