To complement Bob Not’s recent upload of the second set (https://audiobookbay.lu/abss/christopher-lee-reads-tales-of-mystery-and-horror-edgar-allen-poe/), this is the first Listen For Pleasure cassette pack (LFP-7039) of Edgar Allan Poe stories read by the great Christopher Lee. The stories included in this one are The Fall of the House of Usher, The Black Cat, The Pit and the Pendulum and The Cask of Amontillado. These are tapes from 1979 so they’re not digital quality, but I’ve cleaned them up and de-hissed them as best I can. Four MP3s - one for each story, and I’ve also bundled them together into an M4B, which I personally prefer these days.
