Encoders Notes
I made a small avs script to crop & resize.
I dropped that into vdubmod.
There i lowered the brightness & saturation,
increased the contrast & gamma.
Then i de-noised it, changed the colors with a rgb eq,
used a color de-noiser\'s & sharpened it.
Finaly i re-encoded the audio & muxed it to the video.
The a:r is off but i think it\'s better than the source.
Its deffinatley watchable & better than most TS\'s.
