Kolonel Barret McKay kan helaas niet voorkomen dat een passagiers-vliegtuig, met aan boord een aantal vooraanstaande families door een terroristische organisatie wordt opgeblazen. McKay overleeft de aanslag, samen met vijf kinderen. McKay neemt de kinderen onder zijn hoede en leidt zo op tot veiligheidsagenten. McKay's team, de Elite, heeft de juiste middelen om iedere bedreiging van de internationale veiligheid op te sporen en te onderzoeken - een constante missie die resulteert in talloze achtervolgingen over de hele wereld.
Hun nieuwste tegenstander is er op uit het Amerikaanse kapitalisme te vernietigen en heeft een aanslag geplant tijdens de International Convention of Business Leaders.
Als McKay erachter komt dat het dezelfde organisatie is die ook verantwoordelijk was voor de aanslag op het vliegtuig, haalt hij de Elite van de missie af - bang dat ze hun doel uit het oog verliezen.

Colonel Barret McKay unfortunately can not prevent a passenger plane, carrying a number of prominent families is blown up by a terrorist organization.
