Film over het levensverhaal van Alan Turing, een Britse wiskundige
en informaticus. Tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog werkte hij voor de
Britse crypto-analytische dienst, die als doel had onderschepte
gecodeerde berichten van de Duitsers te ontcijferen. Turings grootste
verwezelijking bestond erin om als één van de eersten de Duitse
Enigma-codes te breken waardoor de Geallieerden de controle
over de Atlantische Oceaan kregen en uiteindelijk de oorlog zouden winnen.





Based on the real life story of legendary cryptanalyst Alan Turing,
the film portrays the nail-biting race against time by Turing and
his brilliant team of code-breakers at Britain's top-secret Government
Code and Cypher School at Bletchley Park, during the darkest days
of World War II.
