In the culmination of the trilogy, players find Spyro was put on the team with an unlikely ally - Ashen, his former enemy, to face the most challenging mission to date. While the wickedness of Malefort envelops the world like a plague, Spyro must fulfill his destiny and unlock the true power of the purple dragon within him to stop the dreaded and evil purple dragon: Malefort.

Two elements never before seen in the Spyro universe: fly at any time and drop-in/drop-out in co-op with Ashen. Both characters can complete the game by yourself.
Ashen being introduced as a strong female in magic and also in connection with the protagonist Spyro, players will have something to get excited about!
Fun combat with new moves / combos, enemies, environments, etc..
This is the third and final installment of the epic trilogy, giving players a plot and character development more mature than the previous title, The Eternal Night.
Spyro makes his debut on the PS3! This latest addition to the purple dragon for the next gen console will attract new players who have so far enjoyed the previous series of spyro.
