The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975) [UK Version] [OZ Recut by jotham] [1080p]

This is the OZ recut of the amazing cult film The Rocky Horror Picture Show. This was the original concept for the film as intended by the great Richard O’Brien. His idea was for the first 25 minutes of the film to be in black-and-white, and for the film to transition to colour when Frank N. Furter came out of the elevator. The studio rejected the idea so O’Brien and Jim Sharman made the film the way it is today. While the ‘Conceptual Version’ of the film only accessible on the 25th Anniversary DVD of RHPS, and the first act is in B&W, the film instead switches to color when Riff Raff opens to the doorway to the Time Warp scene. Because of this, I have edited the film to mirror O’Brien’s original vision down to the letter. Presented in beautiful 1080p, I hope this new edition of The Rocky Horror Picture Show will make you shiver with anticipation.
