This consist of the Original mono mix from 1999 4:3 Warner DVD
Notes:

Demuxed the video stream, preserving the Dolby Vision (DOVi) layer using the latest version of MakeMKV. The rest was handled through dgdemux. Please check the provided Eac3to logs.

I would like to express my gratitude to KENTA for highlighting the remux and audio aspects. Finally, out of boredom, I managed to synchronize the NTSC DVD mono audio, which is superior compared to LD (LaserDisc). Although the LD audio is widely available ;).

The synchronization has been done with waveform accuracy. I had to convert it to FLAC in order to sync it in an editor, requiring about 32 edits.

Additional SRTs from the web retail version have been synced to the remux (thanks vevv). The chapter names are from the NTSC DVD, adjusted to scene changes/i-frames.
