Naoko Terai, née le 1er mai 1967, est une violoniste de jazz japonaise.
Naoko Terai a étudié le violon à l'âge de quatre ans et a commencé à travailler dans la scène jazz japonaise dans les années 1990. En 1995, elle participe à l'album Things Unseen du pianiste Kenny Barron ; En 2000, elle a été honorée en tant que nouvelle venue de l'année par le magazine Swing Journal .
