This is the 2026 Korean action/adventure/comedy/fantasy drama series. Its native title is "원더풀스" which is just the Hangul transliteration of the English title. It's also known as "The B Team," "The Wonder Fools," "The Wonderful," and "Wonderfuls."

"Set against the backdrop of 1999, when widespread doomsday fears gripped the public, the story follows the unexpected rise of unlikely heroes in Haeseong City. These all have edited "soft" English captions; that is, English subtitles are part of the MKV files and the subtitles can be enabled or disabled as you wish.

I downloaded the source videos like "The.WONDERfools.S01E01.1080p.NF.WEB-DL.DDP5.1.Atmos.H.264-MARKY.mkv" and extracted the Netflix subtitles from those, then...
- Used Subtitle Edit (by Nikolaj Lynge Olsson) to find and fix all flagged issues
- Added 0.7 second to each subtitle (where possible) to allow more time to read them and adjusted words/minute to at least 280
- "Softened" all subtitled profanity (bastard --> jerk, damn --> darn, bitch --> wench etc.)
- Corrected commonly-found typos, converted many word pairs into common English contractions, and brought together sentence fragments
- Naturalized the English phrasing to retain fluid grammar by reducing sentence-initial conjunctions
- Colored all media, signs, and flashback subtitles to salmon, yellow, and teal respectively
- Used Handbrake to create new MKV files using my subtitles, trimming the insanity-inducing Netflix splash screen from the starts and ends
