Een jonge Poolse vrouw die haar geluk wil zoeken in de Verenigde Staten, wordt in Mexico door mensenhandelaars ontvoerd. Dezelfde bende kidnapt ook een 13-jarig Mexicaans meisje en beiden worden ze naar de Verenigde Staten gevoerd om daar als seksslavin verkocht te worden. De broer van het meisje achtervolgt hen en ontmoet onderweg een Amerikaanse politieagent die zijn verdwenen dochter probeert terug te vinden.

Storyline

Adriana is a 13-year-old girl from Mexico City whose kidnapping by sex traffickers sets in motion a desperate mission by her 17-year-old brother, Jorge, to save her.
