Kane vervolgt zijn zoektocht naar de koffers met kernwapens, maar begint te vermoeden dat zijn contactpersoon binnen de CIA ook in het complot zit. Het is een race tegen de klok, omdat Kane weet dat hij niet veel tijd meer heeft om de koffers te vinden voordat de dodelijke lading gebruikt wordt.
