Thanks to UHA-WINGS for elaborating Chinese subtitles.

The source is average quality. The backgrounds are grainy throughout, and the lines are highly aliased. In terms of PP, we kept those grains and hence also the visual effect they create. However, the negative of doing so is that the file sizes are somewhat larger, since grains consume a lot of bitrates. As for the lines, we applied anti-aliasing and adaptive sharpening.
