The draft bill gives approximately $800 Billion dollars in tax revenue to the financial services industry in the United States ,which has recently undergone a series of spectacular collapses. House speaker Nanci Pelosi (D), stated that the draft would be available on http://speaker.house.gov and http://financialservices.house.gov, however, possibly due to world-wide interest, both sites have been unavailable since at least the time of the announcement.
