Do you have a plan or model that is not leading to positive results or adaptable to change?If yes, you will benefit from our workshop style course where we cover key social venture design elements, and work together to apply these elements to your current venture.In this course You will design your social venture plan, covering key areas such as value added, financial sustainability, and measuring progress.We will cover critical risks often overlooked by others and you’ll practice developing ways to mitigate them. You will understand the difference between organizational and personal success, and how you can best plan your venture’s future while being true to your personal values and goals.Working together we will cover 11 modules, take a set of quizzes to reinforce key concepts, and most importantly complete various hands-on activities, which will provide you with concrete tools to use in designing your social venture. You will also be able to connect with your peers and share feedback on each other's social venture designs.After completing the course you will have a well designed and clear set of plans, have reflected on core questions you face, and have a set of tools that will help you to move forward in effectively building your social venture. As an experienced founder of a successful social enterprise and Founding Partner at We Scale Impact where I’ve personally advised more than a hundred social ventures, both for-profit and nonprofit, I'm certain that every venture I’ve ever encountered could have been more successful if it had only focused on some key design elements very early during its own formation. Based on that work, I initially created this course to teach MBA students at one of the world’s premier social impact business schools.
