Description
Whether you are new to leadership or have been in your leadership role for years, many people struggle with imposter syndrome, confidence and self-worth. Many people also have a variety of external circumstance that can make embodying your ideal leader quite challenging. This makes it very difficult to fully bring their authentic selves to their leadership role. This four section course utilizes a combination of movement, meditative practices, and self-reflective writing prompts to guide you into a deep connection, appreciation and respect for your authentic self. Starting from your own personal journey and then moving outwards into your leadership environment, It will teach you how to embody your authentic self as a leader. It will also empower you to see this authenticity as the source of your greatest strength, wisdom and vitality both for yourself and the people you lead. Each section is comprised of several short videos and writing prompts to take you on a full journey from the source of your inward difficulty outward to the people, communities and environments that surround you. To prepare, please approach this course with a sense of intentionality and sacredness. Please plan to have a space to move freely if it calls.
