You will learn how to create and perform incredible yoga stories for kids! In this course, I will take you through my 5 step process to creating incredible yoga stories!
You will know how to perform yoga stories in a way that keeps children engaged and having fun! The greatest challenge when teaching yoga to kids is holding their attention! This course will show you exactly how to keeps kids engaged and having fun!
You will know how to guide children through relaxing, mindfulness meditation practices and how long each age group can spend doing meditations. I have also provided a PDF print out of my top 3 kids mindfulness meditations for you to use when teaching kids yoga classes!
You will learn what yoga activities are fun for each age group and I have provided exclusive, peaceful babes, yoga coloring in sheets that you can download and print out for kids to color or paint in your classes as a mindfulness activity!
You will also learn how to create class plans for each age group, you will know how long to do each activity for and what sequence is best to do them in.
