Most developers don’t manage stakeholders actively, because they don’t feel like they have the time, know what to do or have the necessary tools to assist them.
I get it - if you’re overworked, don’t know what to do and have nothing (or no one) to support you, it becomes a hassle. It’s frustrating: others are difficult to work with, don’t understand what you’re saying and disregard your contribution as if coding is just the simplest thing.
