House Flipper est un jeu de simulation dans lequel vous devrez rénover des maisons abandonnées - ou du moins en très mauvais état - afin de les revendre. Vous pourrez, entre autres, refaire la peinture, la plomberie, l'installation électrique, le carrelage, détruire des murs et même en reconstruire ; tout ça dans le but de faire une plus-value à la vente.
