Sometimes program names speak for themselves, and VovSoft Text to MP3 Converter is just that. Essentially, you can convert text you've written in a special field into an audio file, which you can listen to and then save as an MP3 with your chosen quality settings.

The conversion uses the Microsoft SAPI algorithm, which supports multiple languages. As you can see, you can even specify a Russian voice. Voices can be added in the Windows settings in the Control Panel, so I don't think there should be any issues.

There are a few settings: you can change the reading speed, change the pitch, and highlight all punctuation marks for a more natural reading experience.
