It's inaccurate because Hisako-san hadn't seen that Anna was drawing the Marsh House. Anna was only just turning the pages of her sketch book to that picture, considering opening up her heart to Hisako by showing her sketch to someone else, something she'd never done before.
The corrected line should be "But I need to hurry and finish this painting... Because it looks like some new folks are moving in."
