Mari boosts the effectiveness of her acclaimed “dynamic sequencing” technique by integrating a Sculpting Circle. It’s a springy ring device that improves body position while adding both inward and outward resistance to regular Pilates moves (e.g. squeezing the circle between your legs helps engage your deepest abdominal muscles while maximizing the thigh-toning benefits).
