There we go! Unfortunately BDs weren't uploaded yet, but the OVA was also included with the game on Steam.
I haven't played it yet, but if you enjoyed the show, it's a good way to support the creators. It also includes the soundtrack for both the anime and the game, and a digital booklet with really nice art. I'll upload them soon as well.

EDIT (27/03): got my hands on the BD. I'll start working on a batch, but it will take a while since I'm surprisingly busy during the corona virus lockdown. I'll release it as a full batch when it's done, no ETA.
