original standart"data" folder for gta san andreas,without mods.If you need to remove from map all new buildings and disappear from the game all the additional buildings(IPL,IDE mods). copy it to your gta san andreas folder.After will be only the original.Folder weighs little and only shows the game which models need to load and in what order.
