Gonzalo, fils d'un propriétaire de bar, échoue sans cesse dans ses projets liés à la vie nocturne financés par son père. Disposant d'une dernière chance avec un nouvel emplacement sous la supervision de sa sœur Julie, il s'associe à un gourou autoproclamé pour ouvrir un espace de coworking.
Un groupe d'entrepreneurs ambitieux, mais manquant de talent rejoint cet espace nommé "No comfort zone" dans l'espoir de percer. Ils se vantent d'avoir quitté la zone de confort, d'être leur propre patron, de vivre de leur passion et d'avoir pour ambition de changer le monde alors qu'ils arrivent à peine à vivre de leur activité.
