Description



Black Fire is a 60-day program that will help you transform your body. Designed by celebrity trainer Bob Harper, Black Fire focuses on full-body exercises that combine different fitness principles including strength, endurance, power, balance, core, and recovery. During the 20-minute high-intensity training portion of each workout, you’ll move through a series of high-impact exercises designed to awaken new muscle groups and drive results.

Black Fire is structured to push your body to its peak. Workouts utilize high-intensity movements, incorporating weightlifting, plyometrics, and even gymnastics exercises. You’ll train aggressively five days a week, and supplement those with active recovery days. Black Fire is challenging — yet approachable — for people of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.

The program also incorporates a scoring system to help monitor your progress, keep you motivated, and engage in some friendly competition with fellow athletes. While it’s not a requirement, scoring is an exciting addition to the program and encourages you to achieve results faster.
